epic4-help software package provides help files for epic4 IRC client, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install epic4-help
epic4-help is installed in your system.
Make ensure the epic4-help package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep epic4-help *
